Hello, my name is Aaron Bernard. I have been in the fitness industry as a trainer, gym manager and gym owner since 2008. I started competing in the NPC in 2014 and turned pro in 2020. I absolutely love the competition world and I love coaching and helping people become the best versions of themselves. Hitting the stage can be one of the most rewarding things we can do for ourselves in MANY aspects beyond just the physical aspect. I have clients that I train daily in my club and I also coach clients online all across the country. I’m not the “Instagram Famous” trainer with hundreds of thousands of followers, but I focus on personal connections with my clients and help them hit the stage and win shows. My team is Team PUSH and we believe in family at PUSH Aesthetics.
