There will be a brief break in between these shows to set up for the Finals Show. Keep in mind, based on how large the show is, there may not be a break at all!
We will begin seating for the Finals show at 4:30pm.

SET UP TIMES
FRIDAY OCTOBER 11
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
When you arrive, you can park and bring your items in through the front doors of the convention center. Steve will be onsite to assist you with finding your booth, and he will also give you your vendor badges for your booth workers.
GOODIE BAGS
If you purchased a Goodie Bag add-on for your items to be placed in competitor goodie bags, please bring all of your items directly to Steve at the venue no later than 4pm on Friday. Just ask for Steve, and drop off with him. He will get these organized for you on our goodie table for the athletes.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 12
7:00 am – 8:00 am
Your booth must be set up before the doors open to the general public at 8:00 am.
MOVE OUT TIME
SATURDAY OCTOBER 12
(Immediately following the closing of the show). Closing time cannot be determined since it is a LIVE sporting event.

If you are in need of any rental items for your booth (including additional tables, chairs, signage, etc) or need to ship something in for the event please contact Steve Straka Steve@USAFitGames.com. He will assist with getting you in touch with our preferred vendor who handles all our shipping/receiving and rental items for our events.
INTERNET & ELECTRICITY
All of our expos also offer Internet/Wifi and Electric, which can be purchased through the convention center on-site during set up. For more information on purchasing these items please email our Show Manager Steve Straka.

VENDOR BADGES
Your allotted amount of vendor badges will be available for pick up during vendor set-up on Friday. Just look or ask for Steve, and he will stop by your booth to give your badges to you. If you are arriving on Saturday morning for set up, stop by the TICKET BOX OFFICE BOOTH, and we will have your vendor badges there. For questions regarding your vendor badges, please reach out to Steve Straka.

SAMPLING GUIDELINES
Exhibitors at Expo events are not permitted to sell any food or drinks by individual portions. Additionally, food or drinks sold by exhibitors must be packaged, so as to discourage on-premises consumption.
